Belucci matches all meals with the beautiful, full flavoured and elegantly styled wines of Kyneton Ridge Estate. Belucci from Beliiccci’s Cooking School will train you in preparation and serving of local produce and game meat sourced from Macedon Ranges suppliers. Belucci will focus on teaching you the skill of preparing seasonal country fine fair using traditional Italian methods. This type of cuisine is commonly found in the country side of Italy where Belucci’s family still reside. Belucci will guide you through the flavours and styles from the different regions of Italy as he brings a new region to your plate every month. Different classes will introduce you to the rabbit dishes of Abruzzi, or the mouth-watering cured meats of Sicily. You are in expert hands with Masterchef Belucci; his past experience as a regular morning WIN TV chef and Cooking Show presenter means you are guaranteed to be part of an educational and entertaining afternoon, all conducted in beautiful vineyard setting. These unique hands-on cooking classes set in picturesque surroundings are perfect for a special weekend for two, a weekend with friends or corporate team building session. 4.5 star accommodation is available right here on the winery.
